Baking Policies
When ordering through Baking Me Crazy, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions.
Payment Due
You pay, I bake! A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required up front at the time of placing your order so that I can source your supplies such as cute cutters and spectacular sprinkles!
Once you've submitted your payment, you're agreeing to all terms and conditions.
Inspiration
Thanks a ton for those inspiration pics! They are just that-inspiring! We ask for a bit of creative freedom and will not be able copy another artist work exactly, but we strive to make you 100% satisfied with your order.
It's all yours now!
Once your order is out of my hands (either pick up or delivery) it is now your baby. Keep'em safe! Unfortunately, I cannot offer refunds.
Pick up and Deliveries
Pick up and delivery dates and time for custom orders will be scheduled upon ordering or no later than one week prior to pick up.
I'm located in Mt.Washington,KY but always willing to cut down on some of your drive time. I'm open to meeting in close surrounding areas but farther distances may require a delivery fee. (Traditionally I meet in the Fern Creek or Shepardsville area)
Pre-orders will be provided a date, time and location in preorder description.
Oh No!No-show- Not showing up to the agreed upon pick up time will result in forfeiting your order. I try to be flexible so please contact me 24 hours in advance if you are needing to try and reschedule.
Cancellation Policy
I know things happen! If baking has not begun, your deposit can be credited towards a future order. If baking has begun, no refund or future credit will be given.
If your event is being rescheduled, cookies and other baked goods freeze incredibly well, I can give you instructions on the best way to freeze/thaw your items.
Refund Policy
We are all human and mistakes can happen so if for any reason you aren't satisfied with your order please contact me immediately! I may request the order to be returned so I can trouble shoot any problems and asses the situation. I will then determine if a credit may be issued for a future order.
Cottage food laws
Your orders will be made in a home kitchen that is not required to be inspected by the state health department. My kitchen is not nut free, egg free, dairy free or gluten free. Boring disclaimer but its got to be said.
